Notice of Proposed Change of Use under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program
Regarding Planned Development of the MAPS 4 Clara Luper Civil Rights Center
Properties: 2425, 2445, and 2501 N MLK Ave., OKC, OK 73111

These parcels were previously acquired and/or improved with federal CDBG funds. In accordance with federal law (24 CFR § 570.505) and OCURA policy, a change of use is required to move forward with the planned redevelopment for the MAPS 4 Clara Luper Civil Rights Center. This change requires citizen participation, and your input is encouraged.

Public Comment Period:
OCURA will accept written public comments until June 17, 2025. Comments must be submitted via email to: info@theallianceokc.org.
