LAND INVENTORY

The Oklahoma City Urban Renewal Authority owns land with the intent to facilitate redevelopment, as appropriate, to achieve the objectives of its Urban Renewal Plans. The redevelopment and use of certain tracts of land will be made available via a Request For Proposal . The RFP will outline the requirements of these certain tracts of land. Proposals for the purchase and redevelopment of such land may be submitted for review in accordance with the requirements outlined in the RFP.
